Two S's
Shattered heart, still stands
bother others,just for fun.
broken but full of soul.
always impatient, forcingly wait.
head ahead in row of respect
help others coz know how depressed.
I believe the poem itself narrates all. The two S's Shatter and Stand contradict each other. We in ourselves have these two S's. All of it depends on how brave are we to behold ourselves. Things said, unsaid are always subconsiously in our mind. If not now it'll be someday when you speak. There might be be two options again, scatter or stand or the third S' Silence.
For all of these years, I never thought silence could be so mesmerisig. We keep seeing changes in us but neglect. The process of neglecting something is so difficult that we get use to it. Silence not because you cannot stand but to keep ourselves peaceful.
Bhagwat Gita rightly says:
Among punishments I am the rod of chastisement,
and of those who seek victory, I am morality. Of secret things I am
silence, and of the wise I am wisdom.
There
are many suppressing agents, of which the most important are those that
cut down the miscreants. When miscreants are punished, the rod of
chastisement represents Krishna. Among those who are trying to be
victorious in some field of activity, the most victorious element is
morality. Among the confidential activities of hearing, thinking and
meditating, silence is most important because by silence one can make
progress very quickly. The wise man is he who can discriminate between
matter and spirit, between God's superior and inferior natures. Such
knowledge is Krishna Himself.
I believe in silence.
I believe in God.
I believe in living with all three S's. It keeps me balanced. It keeps me to the ground.
