This is the fact that now a days we are lacking patience. We try to get hold on many things which don't ever relate to us. Most importantly when it comes to working institutions they put lots of pressure only because they know employees are in seperate need of job and will not quit. Taking the fact into consideration they overburden with minimal amount of salary.  Many of the private employees during this pandemic lost their job. Leaving their hands and replacing is a bad choice. It affects the state of mind. Even though the person is financially strong. Putting them on stand by is absolutely a bad option. These were the people who helped the institution on several occasions. This blog is not written for preaching anyone.             It feels so good when we see a person accomplishing his/her dreams and tenure. Today, speaking about this gives me a overwhelming sight of the past journey. So it was the year 2016-2017 when I saw him taking a lot of pressure. Clouds of fear and blacking of stress could be sensed. He was quite upset with his transfer to another station _ Churchgate. He lost his courage to step forward and go to work. His enthusiasm towards his work was lost and he started questioning many things. I believe, the only thing he was most inclined was his faith towards God. His devotion never shook in any circumstance.      During this journey of 4 years his health suffered. He lost himself in the immese pressure of making himself do what he didn't want to. But it is said, God tests us.
